  Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit, ensuring all seals are intact for a full refund eligibility.

  Ship to VINEVIDA

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
